The product fits well over the mouth, and is flexible enough to be stretched a little when fitting, so if for some reason you need the odd breath through your mouth you can, however after a couple of days use you forget to worry about your mouth and nose breath.No tape will totally eradicate snoring, but, the Sleep Seal reduces it enough to give your partner a chance, it must be alright as I have not been beaten by my beloved for a while now, and she would beat or push me out of bed!!!!

SleepSeal are excellent as they have a verystrong adhesive.

Varying reviews from my husband in terms of stopping me from snoring but they are comfortable enough! They do leave some residue behind so just check before you walk around with a black ring around your mouth all day!

Excellent - they are very good and last all night. Easy to apply & remove. Keep me from opening my mouth during sleep has made a massive difference.

These tapes are great for anyone wanting to try. I�ve been using for quite a while. I do though find them and other brands too wide so I cut them in half. Last twice as long then. They are soft and don�t pull and they stay in place all night, though what I do like is that if you need a drink during the night it does reapply quite easily. There is no scent to these strips, I�ve tried the scented ones and I find them irritating and a total waste of time, the smell doesn�t related to anything I�ve smelt.

Excellent. I have moderate OSA and cant tolerate CPAP. I recently had a dental implant and need a new mandibular device. I bought these along with nose vents as an interim. I have now been using these for >3 months and they are fantastic. I don�t feel tired during the day. I don�t snore. However I would recommend using alongside nose vents. The tape is hypoallergenic and doesn�t cause any skin issues. The vent is great as I can sip from my water bottle through the night. Mouth tape doesn�t come without risks, but it a 10/10 from me.I don�t normally write reviews.

These patches are really effective at stopping mouth breathing at night. They are very easy to apply, stay in place all night, painless to remove and completely stop morning dry mouth.

Gave me a fab night�s sleep. Tip: Fold over a corner when you apply to make removal easier. Also use a warm face cloth to soften which makes removal easier in the morning.

I now rely on these to sleep, apparently I don�t make as much noise with them on (I don�t know I�m asleep, lol) but I have now set up a subscription for these every month. I do put on lip balm before applying them but they have caused no skin irritation and my skin is very sensitive so I was very worried about this, so I�m very happy and have therefore stayed with this brand and like that they don�t have any underlying nasty smell.All in all I�m very happy with the product.

I thought I would really stuggle to use these and feel panicky .However, maybe due to the opening I was fid and kept the tape on all night with no problem falling asleep.It was so nice to wake up without a dry mouth.It's early days but so far so good! Slightly stingy taking off but no skin problems from the adhesive.

I only tried for one night as I sadly lost my mouth tapes but I had the dreamiest longest most beautiful sleep ever! Ordering one as soon as I get payed lol

So far so good, i got these mainly to try stop my drooling ?? hubby says i snore like a trog so i suppose for that too ????Comfy to sleep in dont notice it plus with gap in middle can still drink from water bottle with sports cap or straw if needed, hubby has said he hasnt heard me as hes slept tho so thats a winner, no drooling either as my gob is shut lol.I have some vaseline/lipsil at side of bed i put this on stright after i take patch off as i find it drys my lips outGive them a go i like them
