I ordered these because they were recommended, and I’m really glad I tried them. I’ve used mouth tape before, but these feel much more premium straight away , they are soft, flexible and they stay put all night without being harsh on the skin.I’ve only been using them a couple of nights but I already notice the benefits. I’m waking up feeling more rested, no dry mouth in the morning, and I actually feel like I’ve slept deeper. They’re shaped well and don’t pull at your lips when you remove them, which I’ve had with cheaper versions.For anyone who mouth breathes at night, snores slightly, or just wants better sleep quality, these make such a difference. Exactly what I was hoping for!
Changed my life. Sleep better, longer and deeper. Oral health has improved, I know longer snore and sleep apnea symptoms have reduced. Brilliant! I wouldn't buy the ones without the hole though, it reduces anxiety knowing if I do have an apnea episode, there's a way to still breathe!
Perfect, actually I still use all my facial night time routine products retinol and moisturiser, the material is fine, there isn’t a smell I can detect at all. The adhesive sticks really well but does not hurt at all, I have used mouth tape before and gave up as they didn’t stick very well, these are reasonably priced, I have sensitive skin and no reaction. I will continue with these and use the ones with the mouth hole.
Comfortable to wear, doesn't totally eliminate snoring but huge reduction in amount and volume!
These mouth guards are absolutely EXCELLENT because they have a good strong adhesive. I recommend them to everyone!!
Effective in stopping the snoring. Far more comfortable to use than some other tyres of anti-snoring devices.
I’m on my second box, they take a few nights to get use to but they do really help.I no longer get up during the night to brush my tongue because it was always as dry as sandpaper without sleepseal.I’m getting better quality of sleep now thanks to sleepseal.I do recommend this product, didn’t give 5 stars because trying to peel the backing off is fiddly.
Multi-functional mouth tape - not only is it soft, comfortable and no sticky residue - BUT it also works great as an emergency patch for your down jacket. Highly recommend.
Theses work very well and are comfortable. Take care when peeling the sticky off the backing as it is liable to stick to itself instead. The little slot is handy if you order a whisky and soda with a straw during the night.
These actually work and since I have been using them I haven’t snored. My husband is delighted as he can sleep as can I. Would highly recommend.
I e been using SleepSeal for a bout 5 months now. I usually buy the ones without the hole, but decided to try these ones, plus I liked the pink, instead of black. I found these ones to have a slight chemical smell and I woke up with a dry mouth, which is unusual when mouth taping using the ones without the hole. For me, I think I prefer the ones without the hole. It’s worth a try, especially if you’re someone that needs Adri k in the night, you can always put it slightly off centre too, good product as always from Sleep Seal, just not for me on this occasion.
I really like these. I’ve been using micropore tape for a while but quality varies all the time so was looking for an alternative. These are great. No residue. Comfortable to wear. Stays put all night. Perfect size and fitThis will not cure snoring BUT it does stop you roaring with your mouth open. Apparently I grumble now rather than grossly gargle like a chainsaw
Never used tape before but this is amazing stuff. My hygienist suggested I try using tape at night to avoid breathing through my mouth as breathing this way dries out your mouth and creates plaque build up. My sleep was not disturbed and the tape stayed in place and worked perfectly.
For someone who has previously felt claustrophobic wearing mouth tapes, I wouldn’t have lasted through the night without needing to take them off. I have found these far easier to get on with. Comfortable to wear, will definitely buy again
Work really well, the adhesion is great. The gap is reassuring but still keeps your mouth closed.
Really like the product. Seals properly and enables a bit of movement and comfort with the breathing hole. I wear moisturiser on my face at night and these still stick to my face unlike other moth tapes I've tried.
